604 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 604 platform. By registering an account or continuing to use the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.
These terms apply to all users of the 604 platform in Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 604 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 604 platform.
To use the 604 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the minimum legal age for betting activities under applicable laws in Malaysia.
- Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not located in a geographical area where use of this platform is prohibited by local law.
- Registering with accurate, complete, and current personal information.
604 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate the account of any user who does not meet the above eligibility requirements, without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 604 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. All activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact the 604 support team immediately through the platform's official channels.
Users are prohibited from using the 604 platform for any illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate Malaysian law. The use of bots, automated software, or any tools that manipulate the platform's systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
604 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found to have violated these terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform. The decision to suspend or close an account is final, subject to 604's internal review.
MYR Payment & Transaction Information
All deposits and withdrawals on the 604 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to you and is lawful under Malaysian law.
604 supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and other options available on the platform. Processing times for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policies and may vary depending on the method selected.
Please take note of the following regarding transactions:
- All successfully credited deposits are non-reversible, except in specific technical circumstances acknowledged by 604.
- Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account or payment method registered in the user's name.
- 604 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
- Any attempt to manipulate the payment system or carry out fraudulent transactions will be referred to the relevant authorities.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by 604 and are subject to change from time to time.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
604 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including temporary technical disruptions, system errors, or factors beyond 604's reasonable control. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
All content on the 604 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, user interfaces, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 604 or its licensed third parties. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written consent from 604.
The 604 platform may contain references or links to third-party services, such as game software providers. 604 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. You access third-party services at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
604 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes to these terms take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform, unless otherwise stated.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the 604 platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 604 platform shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by applicable Malaysian law.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Platform Usage Rules & General Prohibitions
- Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only
- Registering and managing a single personal account
- Making deposits and withdrawals using a valid payment method in your own name
- Contacting customer support for legitimate assistance
- Accessing available content and games within your eligible limits
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account
- Providing false or misleading information during registration
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or unauthorised transactions
- Selling, transferring, or sharing your account with another party
